Fat-ypus has offered a 1-year manufacturer’s defect warranty ever since the first skis rolled off the press back in 2004. Our handmade construction and use of top-of-the-line materials has resulted in Fat-ypus having minimal warranty issues over the years, however, when these anomalies do occur we are always there to back our customers up with excellent service and response. The bottom line here at Fat-ypus in regards to warranty has always been that even if you are past your 1-year time frame, please feel free to reach out to us anyway. We are a very hands-on operation that takes care of our customers in a 1 on 1 fashion – going over the details of your individual circumstances thoroughly regarding your skis. We want to keep you happy on our skis and even if you don’t fall under the typical warranty guidelines, we will do whatever we can to make it right for you and keep you on a pair of Fat-ypus regardless!
